2) ​We'll schedule tours and accompany you on viewings. We often propose virtual tours before you make the trip to see the property in person. Using WhatsApp, FaceTime, or Messenger Call, we can walk through the property and answer your questions in real-time - saving you time, money, and unnecessary travel. This benefits you greatly, especially if the property turns out not to be the right fit for you.

 

3) ​Not only do I work on your behalf in finding your dream property, but I'll represent you and handle negotiations when an offer is made to ensure you are paying a fair market price.
