1)​ My team and I will interview you to determine the type of property you wish to buy. We'll conduct extensive research to find properties to match your preferred criteria and then will schedule and coordinate showings on your behalf. One- stop-shopping makes it easier for buyers to focus on the task at hand with one professional agent vs. multiple agents.

 

2) ​We'll schedule tours and accompany you on viewings. We often propose virtual tours before you make the trip to see the property in person. Using WhatsApp, FaceTime, or Messenger Call, we can walk through the property and answer your questions in real-time - saving you time, money, and unnecessary travel. This benefits you greatly, especially if the property turns out not to be the right fit for you.

 

3) ​Not only do I work on your behalf in finding your dream property, but I'll represent you and handle negotiations when an offer is made to ensure you are paying a fair market price. You can rely on me to provide you with a comprehensive market analysis report so you can make an informed decision that is in your best interest.

 

4) ​To ensure that the​ completion and registration of deeds are handled professionally, and if needed, to secure residence either through D7 (NHR) / Golden Visas or other residency programs, I recommend that my clients work with a lawyer. I can recommend trusted legal advisors.

 

5) ​I have connections locally and worldwide for banking/mortgage needs if a ​mortgage loan is needed.
